IISA-2019 is the tenth conference in the IISA series, technically co-sponsored by IEEE, the University of Piraeus, the University of Patras and the University of the Peloponnese (the Technological Educational Institute of the Western Greece was merged with the University of Patras and the University of the Peloponnese according to law 4610/2019, May 2019). The conference is intended as an international forum for researchers and professionals in all areas of Information, Intelligence, Systems, and Applications. The conference lasted for three days and featured tutorials, technical paper presentations, workshops, and distinguished keynote speeches.
